1. The service

SpotDiffMaker (“we”, “our”) provides a free online spot-the-difference puzzle generator at spotdiffmaker.com. You can generate puzzles, play them in your browser, print worksheets, and share links without creating an account.

2. Free use license

Puzzles you generate with the free service may be used for personal and classroom (non-commercial) purposes, including printing for students. All scene illustrations are original works owned by SpotDiffMaker.

3. SpotDiffMaker Pro

SpotDiffMaker Pro is a paid one-time purchase that unlocks additional features and a commercial license for selling printable products. Payments are processed by our merchant of record; by purchasing you also agree to their checkout terms. Pro is licensed per purchaser via a license key and is non-transferable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or offensive images to the photo puzzle feature;
• Attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or circumvent access controls;
• Resell free puzzles or represent them as your own original artwork;
• Share or resell your Pro license key.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its code, and all scene illustrations are owned by SpotDiffMaker. The free license in section 2 and the Pro commercial license are the only rights granted — nothing else is transferred.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $0 if you used only the free service).

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
