Refund Policy

1. 7-day refunds
SpotDiffMaker Pro is a digital product delivered instantly via license key. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.
2. How to request a refund
Email contact@spotdiffmaker.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order ID if you have it. We process approved refunds within 5 business days; the amount will return to your original payment method (bank processing times vary).
3. After a refund
Refunded license keys are deactivated, and the commercial license granted with Pro is revoked. Please stop using Pro features and delete any commercial materials created under the Pro license after the refund date.
4. Chargebacks
If you paid and did not receive your license key, contact us first — we resolve delivery issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
