Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Usage analytics: anonymous events (puzzles generated, games played) via Google Analytics 4. No account is required to use the service.
• Waitlist & feedback: if you join the Pro waitlist or send feedback, we store the name and email you provide.
• Uploaded photos: images you upload for photo puzzles are processed to generate the game and stored temporarily on our hosting infrastructure.
• Payments: Pro purchases are processed by our merchant of record (Waffo Pancake). We receive order confirmations and your email for license delivery; we never see or store your card details.

2. How we use it

We use the data to operate the service, deliver license keys, respond to feedback, and understand aggregate usage to improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

3. Cookies

We use a cookie/local storage flag to remember Pro license activation on your device, and Google Analytics cookies for aggregate measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser; the generator still works.

4. Third parties

• Vercel — hosting and file storage;
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage measurement;
• Waffo Pancake — payment processing (subject to their privacy policy at checkout).

5. Data retention

Uploaded photos are kept only as long as needed to serve shared game links. Waitlist and feedback entries are kept until you ask us to delete them. License records are kept for as long as your Pro license is valid plus applicable tax record periods.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@spotdiffmaker.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

The service is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; parents or guardians may contact us to delete any such data.

8. Changes
